Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via internet download, we operate under a strict refund policy. Please review the terms below carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital, non-tangible, and irreversible nature of the products sold on this platform:

No Standard Refunds: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an ebook has been purchased and the digital download link has been generated.
Instant Access: Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be physically returned or verified as deleted, meaning we cannot reclaim the product once it has been accessed.

2. Exceptions & Technical Defect Claims

We want you to have a flawless reading experience. While all standard sales are final, we do make exceptions under the following specific circumstances:

Corrupted or Broken Files: If a purchased digital file is corrupted, unreadable, or defective, you must report it to us within 7 days of purchase. If our technical support team cannot resolve the file issue or provide a working replacement, a full refund will be issued.
Double Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same ebook twice in a single transaction sequence due to a website or payment gateway glitch, please notify us immediately. We will gladly refund the duplicate charge.

3. Delivery Disputes

If you have successfully completed a payment but have not received your digital download link via the confirmation screen or your email address:

Please check your Spam/Junk email folder.
If the link is missing, do not open a dispute with your payment provider. Instead, contact us directly at study@16thmaye-books.com with your transaction receipt or payment reference number. We will manually verify and forward your files within 24 business hours.

4. Abuse of Policy

We monitor download links and account activity closely. 16th May eBooks reserves the right to deny any refund request if we detect fraudulent behavior, systematic purchase-and-refund patterns, or exploitation of our technical systems.
